Based in the village of Ryahovo, in the fertile Danube region of Northeastern Bulgaria, APK Slavey is a family-run farm dedicated to sustainable agriculture and the production of high-quality crops. With a deep respect for the land and generations of farming experience, we focus on growing nutritious, natural food you can trust.
We specialise in einkorn – one of the world's oldest grains, cultivated for over 10,000 years. Einkorn is a pure, ancient wheat that has never been hybridized. It's rich in protein, antioxidants, and vitamin A, offering a delicious and healthy alternative to modern wheat.
Alongside einkorn, we also produce wheat, corn, sunflowers, white beans, and alfalfa – all grown with care using responsible, eco-friendly farming practices.

At APK Slavey, we cultivate top-quality wheat on our fertile land in the Danube region of Northeastern Bulgaria—an area known for its rich agricultural traditions and ideal growing conditions.
We produce two main types of wheat: Hard grain wheat, ideal for bread and bakery products, and Soft grain wheat, commonly used for animal feed.

We produce industrial quantities of einkorn, wheat, rye, alfalfa, corn and sunflower.
On our farm, we grow white beans not just for their health benefits, but also to care for the land. In line with European regulations, white beans help naturally enrich our soil with phosphorus, supporting healthier crops and more sustainable farming practices.
These beans are also incredibly nutritious — packed with fiber, plant-based protein, and key vitamins and minerals like folate, magnesium, and vitamin B6. Including white beans in your diet can help lower cholesterol and support heart health.

Being passionate about farming and clean food, we founded APK SLAVEY in 2011. In the first year we started with only 5 hectares (50 ares), we now develop more than 300 hectares (3000 ares) in Northeastern Bulgaria.
Quality at all levels is the foundation of our company. That is why we work with only highly qualified and motivated staff and with the best quality agricultural machinery for the various activities.
We produce only the best quality of products and every year we grow wheat, sunflower, rye, alfalfa and einkorn. We are one of the biggest producers of einkorn in Bulgaria and we are very proud of this product, nature's original wheat.
Clean and nutritious food is one of the elements of quality in life and it is very important to us that our products are top quality. We are a small family-owned company and we want to continue what we love to do for many years to come.
